Jah Cure’s First Single “Everything” From His New Album Undeniable

GRAMMY-Award nominated Reggae star Jah Cure’s new single “Everything” from his album ‘Undeniable’ is available for media to download.  The single features Ghanian Reggae star Stonebwoy.
The collaboration holds nothing back and is anchored by a soulful hook lamenting a love gone bad. Like many of the artists successful songs, Jah Cure weaves relatable lyrics and sonic narrative from a guest collaborator (Stonebwoy) who shares in the theme of the song.
Produced by Jah Cure and Swedish producer Hamed ”K-One” Pirouzpanah, “Everything” is the first single from the 11-song project that delivers overall passion and romance wrapped in heartfelt lyrics and a cutting-edge sound.

Dr. Allmantado’s ‘Best Dressed Chicken.’

The debut album by the inimitable Dr. Alimantado, “Best Dressed Chicken In Town” became an underground sensation upon its release in the U.K. by Greensleeves Records in 1978, the first album ever released by the now legendary label.
The LP compiles a collection of singles which were mixed by the key engineers of Reggae’s golden era, King Tubby, Lee ’Scratch’ Perry and Scientist; these tunes were already receiving heavy rotation by London’s burgeoning Soundsystem scene however, what really made the LP gain cult status was when it was adopted as the soundtrack to the fledging Punk Rock scene. In the early days of Punk, DJs, such as Don Letts, did not have enough of the music available on wax so began to spin tunes that had that rebel message and a ‘heaviness’ that the crowd could identify with. ‘Best Dressed Chicken….” also features a now iconic sleeve photograph by D.K. James emblazoned with the equally wacky title plus photos on the rear of the sleeve by the late, great Dave Hendley.

Still sought-after 45 years after its initial release and highly lauded as an essential album of the genre, “Best Dressed Chicken…” is a certified Greensleeves classic!

Don Letts “One from the ‘golden age’ of reggae. It was really a collection of ‘tado’s self-produced singles engineered by the likes of Scientist, King Tubby and Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry – no wonder it was loved by Reggae fans and Punk rockers alike.”
